Clinical Assessments

An intensive clinical and functional evaluation of an individual’s presenting mental health, developmental disability, or substance abuse condition that results in the issuance of a diagnostic/assessment report with a recommendation for treatment, if appropriate.

Individual Therapy

Work with a therapist one-on-one to work through personal issues you are facing, manage your stress, and equip you with the tools needed to cope appropriately. Also known as talk therapy, individual therapy can help improve and manage symptoms that impacts an individual’s well-being.

Couples Therapy

Do you need help with some of the following: communication skills, rebuilding trust, resolving  conflict, overcoming obstacles, heal from the pain of betrayal/infidelity, strengthen commitments, and rekindle intimacy? If you are looking to strengthen your emotional connection in all stages of your relationship, then  couples therapy is for you.

Family Therapy

Handling family conflict can sometimes feel impossible. Together we will develop ways to help you resolve problems and rebuild connections. Family Therapy can help reduce distress and improve the systems of interactions between family members.

Clinical Supervision

Supervision is offered to Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associates in North Carolina who are working towards full licensure as an LCSW. Supervision provides oversight to enhance the Social Worker’s professional skills and knowledge in order to achieve competency in providing quality services.
