We believe your mindset plays a critical role in how you cope with life challenges. Together we will explore the meaning of change and create strategies that help you recognize and overcome the automatic thoughts that are keeping you stagnant.
Meet the Therapist
Kiera Brown is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCAS-A). Through Kiera’s life experiences, volunteer work at a very young age and providing advice and support to close family and friends, she has chosen this field to extend her support by empowering, advocating, and motivating others. She graduated from Bowie State University with a B.S. in Psychology and graduated from Morgan State University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work(MSW). She has extensive experience working with individuals and families with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. She provides a safe nonjudgmental environment for you to explore and express your thoughts and feelings.
